"Maryann is consistently so helpful and pleasant to deal with. My insurance needs have been a little more complicated lately. I have multiple cars, recently shipped one from another state, and just sold a car out of state. She, very patiently, has all the answers to my ignorant questions and promptly takes care of the changes I've been recently making to my policies. She even offered ways she could save me money, insuring one of my cars, without my even asking. In a time when customer service seems like a thing of the past, Maryann is around to remind me that's not the case everywhere."
